It's official! The Louis Vuitton Spring Summer show will be held in Paris on October 5th 2008.
I CAN NOT wait!!!!!!!!!!! Based on the super bright Resort collection and the rumour of Neon Vernis I am expecting colour, colour, colour.
I'd love to see some fabulous new Vernis shapes as I have yet to add a Vernis bag to my collection. I love some of the Vernis bags of days gone by but I find the options available now a little lacking.
How about you, what are your hopes for Spring Summer?

With every season there is the obvious run away success Spring Summer it was the Aquarelle Fall Winter it will be the Embossed Paris speedy with out a doubt.
But.....there is also the one that was over looked, people never take much notice then as soon as it launches go crazy trying to get hold of one for example The BonBon.
So please allow me to help you open your eyes to the Whisper PM in Embossed Souple Leather. This is my "OMG how did I miss that!" pick of the season.
The stunning soft smushy leather is embossed with "Louis Vuitton Paris" just as the speedy but the chain detail strap and the corner tassel add those extra little details. Available in only the one luscious brown colour but does also come in a larger size.
The Whisper will be launching later this year, so don't forget to check it out!

I like to call these the Disco edition. The patent leather has an almost holographic effect shimmering between Violets and Blues.
They are also available in an Orange/Red combination.
The picture despite being beautiful doesn't portray the real beauty of these shoes.
I have tried this one previously and personally find the closed toe version the hotter shoe, they also come open shoe version.
Please be advised that they are a narrow fit, this is what lead me to pass on them but having been unable to shake them from my mind I think I made a mistake.
They once again have been added to my wish list.

Easily the simplest, and probably the cheapest way to stay on trend this Fall is through the use of tights.
Afraid of the tartan dresses and shirts? No problem team a simple black outfit with a pair of hot tartan tights, red ideally. Not quite sure how to work the lace look into your wardrobe? Bright colours not your thing? Tights, Tights, TIGHTS!
I just picked up 3 great pairs from accessorize or check out www.mytights.com for a huge selection including some super warm merino wool tights fantastic for when the snow arrives.
Alternatively why not splash out on the beautiful two toned Chanel or the fabulous monogrammed Vuitton tights, just keep your finger nails short!

Unless you have been living in the mountains for a while you will know that Louis Vuitton recently launched its FABULOUS Damier Graphite Line for men.
The re-invented black and grey tone Damier is such an incredibly stylish not to mention sexy collection for the guys, I do wish they'd released the collection all at once rather than dragging it out as the main piece my dear boyfriend wants isn't due out until later this year.
The concept behind the Graphite Advertising campaign is that of a heist (so Oceans 11 I love it) the concept continues even through the collection it's self with jewellery and belts that look like safe mechanism's I love the whole thing.
Taking the Advertising to a whole new level is the window of the NYC Flagship store! Featuring in the windows is a museum type set up with bags in glass cases, security cameras etc focused all around them. OK sounds good right...well this is where the window steps it up a little, the next window shows one of these cases broken with glass lying around and the "lasers" activated! The window is so realistic NYC police called into the store to investigate the "break- in"
Fabulous job on the visual merchandising as usual.

There comes a time once in a while that you are faced with the dilemma of do I follow my heart or go with my head?
I'm facing that dilemma right now.
I have fallen head over heels for a pair of Christian Louboutin C'est Moi shoe boots. Here is where the problem starts.
I adore the pink version (heart) but they are suede and in case anyone didn't know it rains (a lot) in the UK so the poor things may not get the wearing they so deserve.
In the other corner (head) are the same boots only this time in black leather, obviously a 100 x more practical and the red sole looks oh so sexy on them but they don't make my heart dance like the pink.
What to do! Who should win my Heart or my Head??

We all know fashion works in cycles trends come and go, so if you where lucky enough to get anything from the Louis Vuitton Fall Winter 2004 collection reach to the back of your closet and dust that baby off.
Tartan in big news for 2008 and the 2004 collection fits perfectly into that trend TODAY. One of the absolute best pieces from the collection was a pair of black patent shoe boots with tartan inserts in the side they could not be any more perfect for right now. I wish I could find you a picture but even though I have looked through the Internet they can not be found.
Instead you'll have to make do with this fantastic Tartan coat with fur details.
So motto of the day never get rid of anything just get a bigger wardrobe.

This is first on my list as a fashion must have of Fall 2008
The Diane Von Furstenberg Bennett Wrap dress (priced at £315) ticks a number of the Fall trend boxes.
The wool skirt/silk blouse combo looks effortless chic and ladylike. Team it with super on trend lace tights or black seamed stockings for classic 40's glam.

New Me rule #1 is moisturise, moisturise, moisture!
I am terrible at moisturising I do it once a day at best, I give myself a D for effort and a must "try harder" so that is exactly what I am doing.
I am a creme de la Mer girl when it comes to face care but there is another product out there which I think is fantastic for the rest of your body.
It's not new and you may even know it already..Palmer's Coco Butter!
Once upon a time it there was only the original product now there is a whole range to choose from including oils, lip balms the works!
I am a great fan of the Coco butter with the Alpha/Beta Hydroxy Acids. These acids help your body shed the dead skin cells leaving you with glowing soft skin
It is said that Coconut oil can help stimulate hair growth which is the last thing you want on your legs so in a fit of paranoia (lol) I recently switched over to the newer Olive Oil formula the jury is still out on that one I haven't been using it long. I'll let you know.
If you aren't already using it well what are you waiting for? Not only is it great for skin but it smells yummy too.
