Oz The Great and Powerful is possibly the most anticipated movie of the year so far and has generated a number of collaborations in the fashion and beauty world, there's the Urban Decay Make Up Palette's dedicated to Glinda and Theodora, the OPI nail polish collection to be released soon and now Nicholas Kirkwood has finally unveiled his Oz inspired shoe collection.

The four main stars of the movie; Oz, Theodora, Evanora and Glinda each have their own shoes designed to capture the personality of the character and the best news is that you will be able to buy them. 

The exclusive shoes will be sold in limited quantities at the Selfridges Shoe Carnival to be held from 1st March - 21st April.  At this time there is no news as to price or just how limited the shoes are but if you want to to check them out in person I'd suggest you plan your visit early on the first day so you aren't disappointed. 

The shoe carnival will also host a a number of other treats including an actual yellow brick road from the movie set, original props and costumes, exclusive shoes from Rupert Sanderson, Gina and Charlotte Olympia and a shoe personalisation service allowing you to have a truly one of a kind pair of shoes
